We offer free tracked & insured shipping worldwide. You've heard that right. All our customers benefit from free tracked & insured shipping no matter your location or order value. But please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

Processing Time

We usually dispatch within 24 hours of ordering. However, due to peak times or high demand, sometimes it can take up to 10 business days for an order to be fulfilled. Rest assured we are doing everything we can to deliver your order asap.

Tracking your order

When your items are dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. To track your package you can visit our Order Tracking page. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show. Although it rarely happens, if you haven't received a tracking number or it doesn't work, just contact us at help@smoothpedicure.com.

Unexpected Delays

In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that is out of our control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to solve any situation.

For pre-ordered or back-ordered items
If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at help@smoothpedicure.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Returns

By placing an order on Nuve, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Nuve. Please refer to our Returns Policy for further information on how to make a return.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Nuve is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier with the tracking information provided to you via email.
